1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Small Seller Hub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Small Seller Hub provides an inventory management and order fulfillment software for e-commerce sellers. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Small Seller Hub assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Account

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Etsy, Amazon, Shopify). By using these integrations, you grant us permission to access your data on these platforms as necessary to provide the Service. We are not responsible for the uptime, availability, or any changes to the API of these third-party services.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the Service. We reserve the right to change our price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Small Seller Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
